Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback to ensure agent solutions are evaluated fairly. Applicants need at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, testing experience, and B2+ English proficiency. The opportunity is not permanent employment, offers flexible scheduling, and pays up to $40 per hour equivalent.
