Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a remote, part-time freelance project evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing robust functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. A relevant master's degree is preferred, while a bachelor's degree is accepted with five years of field experience. Compensation is paid per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $50 per hour.
