Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging agent tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. Participation is not permanent employment, tasks are estimated at approximately 20 hours each, and compensation is up to $50 per hour equivalent with a self-directed schedule.
