Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess AI-generated solutions, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and English at B2 level or higher. This is project-based rather than permanent employment, with self-scheduled tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours each and compensation up to $50 per hour equivalent.
