Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The contributor will build realistic simulated developer environments, design challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, write functional and integration tests, and refine tasks based on QA feedback. The role requires 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2 level or higher. Participation is not permanent employment; contributors apply, qualify, join projects, complete paid tasks, and set their own schedule, with compensation up to $50 per hour equivalent.
