Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable developer tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2+ level. Participation is project-based rather than permanent employment, with compensation up to $40 per hour equivalent and self-set scheduling.
