Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2+ level. Participation is not permanent employment; tasks are estimated at about 20 hours each, with self-managed scheduling and compensation up to $50 per hour equivalent.
