Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate challenging tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable developer tasks, writing fair functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, plus English proficiency at B2 or higher. Participation is not permanent employment; contributors join projects, complete approximately 20-hour tasks on their own schedule, and may earn up to $50 per hour equivalent depending on level and pace.
