Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript or TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2+ level. Participation is project-based rather than permanent employment, with self-managed scheduling and compensation of up to $50 per hour equivalent.
