Mindrift is seeking experienced software development specialists for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript or TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English proficiency at B2 or above. The opportunity is not permanent employment, offers self-scheduled project work estimated at about 20 hours per task, and pays up to $40 per hour equivalent depending on level and pace.
