Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers to create and evaluate realistic tasks for AI coding agents. The role involves building simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. It is project-based rather than permanent employment, requires 5+ years of software development experience, English proficiency at B2 or higher, and familiarity with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis. Compensation is up to $50 per hour equivalent, with flexible scheduling and tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours each.
