Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2+ level. Participation is not permanent employment; compensation is up to $40 per hour equivalent, with approximately 20 hours per task and a self-managed schedule.
