Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated development environments, designing challenging developer tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess AI-generated solutions, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. This is project-based participation rather than permanent employment, with tasks estimated at about 20 hours and compensation of up to $40 per hour equivalent.
