Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests that fairly assess agent solutions, and iterating based on QA feedback. Applicants need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, test development, and English at B2+ level. Work is task-based with a self-directed schedule and compensation of up to $50 per hour equivalent; it is not permanent employment.
