Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback to create fair, robust evaluations. Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2+ level. Participation is not permanent employment; tasks are estimated at about 20 hours each, schedules are self-directed, and compensation is up to $40 per hour equivalent.
