Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, testing, and English at B2 level or higher. Participation is not permanent employment, tasks are estimated at approximately 20 hours each, and compensation is up to $40 per hour equivalent.
