Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers to participate in project-based work evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript or TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, plus English proficiency at B2 level or higher. This is not permanent employment; participants work on estimated 20-hour tasks on a self-directed schedule and may earn up to $50 per hour equivalent.
