Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, plus B2+ English proficiency. Participation is project-based rather than permanent employment, with tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours each and compensation of up to $40 per hour equivalent.
