The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and success criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript or TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. The opportunity is project-based rather than permanent employment, offers self-scheduled tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours each, and pays up to $50 per hour equivalent depending on level and pace.
