Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a remote, part-time freelance project that creates and evaluates benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript or TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, test-writing experience, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. A relevant master’s degree is preferred, while a bachelor’s degree is accepted with five years of field experience. Payment is per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $50 per hour.
