Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate realistic tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment or data labeling, and participants set their own schedule. The opportunity offers compensation up to $40 per hour equivalent, with tasks estimated at approximately 20 hours each.
