Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a remote, part-time, freelance, project-based opportunity evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, reviewing agent solutions, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, plus English proficiency at B2 or higher. A master's degree in a relevant computing field is preferred, while a bachelor's degree is accepted with five years of field experience. Compensation is per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $50 per hour.
