EnCharge AI is hiring an AI Compiler Engineer to develop and optimize graph compilers for AI and machine learning workloads. The role involves improving model execution performance, reducing latency, maximizing hardware utilization, and enabling efficient deployment on inference accelerators. Responsibilities include compiler optimizations, IR generation, parsing, semantic analysis, neural network operator and code-generation work, and leading a team of engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of compiler development experience focused on AI or ML graph compilers, and proficiency with compiler frameworks and hardware optimization techniques.
