Roofline is hiring a compiler engineer to design and implement new components for its next-generation compiler built on MLIR. The role involves exploring optimization techniques, iterating with customers on compiler technology and user experience, and partnering with an open-source community. Candidates need at least five years of compiler experience, strong C++ and Python expertise, and knowledge of software engineering principles; MLIR or LLVM experience, open-source contributions, AI and hardware knowledge, and familiarity with data motion networks are preferred.
