Description
Jack Henry is hiring an AI Consultant to lead strategic, customer-facing engagements that help financial institutions move from AI exploration to practical execution. The role focuses on business process discovery, value stream mapping, workshops, feasibility and ROI analysis, solution recommendations, implementation support, and change management for generative AI use cases across functional areas such as Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Operations. This is a hybrid position requiring at least one day per week in one of several U.S. office locations, with no immigration sponsorship available, and it requires a bachelor’s degree, at least nine years of combined consulting/business transformation/technology advisor experience, technology and financial services experience, and experience presenting to senior leaders and boards.
