Single Grain is hiring an AI Short-Form Content Strategist to build and scale an automated short-form video engine for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and X. The role creates viral hooks, chains AI video and voice tools with n8n or Zapier, publishes and optimizes content, analyzes retention and conversion metrics, and converts views into B2B leads. Candidates need 1–3 years of short-form creation or growth experience, proven AI video and TTS experience, workflow and API knowledge, dashboard skills, and a portfolio or case study. The position is remote-first with U.S. time-zone overlap, includes a tool budget and mentorship, and offers a bonus path tied to view and lead milestones.
