Superside is hiring AI Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to lead a globally distributed creative team across branding, advertising, social, presentations, print, and landing pages. The role combines hands-on creative work with strategic direction, AI tool integration, project leadership, client-facing communication, mentoring, and team culture development. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading creative or multidisciplinary teams, advanced design-tool proficiency, AI workflow expertise, and a portfolio demonstrating AI-enhanced creative work. The position is fully remote.
