Protolabs is hiring an AI Customer Success Engineer to work hybrid in Maple Plain, Minnesota, onsite Tuesday through Thursday. The role partners with business users to understand workflows, build no-code and low-code AI agents, automations, and applications, analyze feedback, support requirements and use-case scoping, conduct demos, and drive adoption of AI tooling. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience in customer success engineering, AI consulting, business analysis, or technical product enablement, and extensive hands-on experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms.
