Outside GC is seeking a senior corporate generalist attorney to provide broad corporate legal services, with a strong focus on technology transactions involving SaaS, cloud, software licensing, vendor and procurement deals, and AI-related contracts and governance. The role requires at least 10 years of corporate legal practice, including in-house and general counsel experience, plus 3 years of law firm training, a J.D. from a nationally accredited law school, and state bar membership. The position is fully remote and offers full-time, part-time, or preferred-time work.
