Description

LTC Solutions is hiring a full-time, contingent AI Data Analyst to support Headquarters Marine Corps, Installations and Logistics, and the Global Positioning Network. The role prepares, cleanses, validates, and transforms structured and unstructured data; develops Python, SQL, and R automation; executes analytical models; and creates Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports. The position requires a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and 1–3 years of data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or software development experience. It is hybrid, supporting Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia, and includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
Required Previous Experiences: 1–3 years of experience supporting data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or software development
Experience using Python, SQL, or R for data preparation, scripting, automation, or analysis
Experience using Microsoft Excel and at least one business intelligence platform
Experience collecting, cleaning, validating, and transforming structured datasets
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, or other Federal Government organizations
Experience developing automated data pipelines or reusable scripts
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other version-control platforms
Experience with cloud analytics environments such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Databricks
Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity, and secure handling of Controlled Unclassified Information
Experience creating interactive dashboards and executive visualization products
Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or predictive analytics concepts
