Apple’s Manufacturing Systems and Infrastructure team is hiring an AI Data & Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable AI data systems supporting enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI. The role covers data orchestration, AI data platforms, APIs, ingestion and transformation pipelines, RAG workflows, vector databases, observability, and cloud-native infrastructure. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of experience building scalable data platforms and distributed systems, and strong Python, SQL, and distributed-systems expertise.
