Katapult Labs is hiring a full-time AI Data Engineer to work remotely in LATAM with a US startup partner. The role owns end-to-end data solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines, Snowflake data modeling, integrations, AI agent and LLM workflow development, and collaboration with product and business leaders. Candidates need hands-on production data engineering experience, Python and SQL, Snowflake, pipeline orchestration, business sense, and strong English; startup, CI/CD, cloud, and data-quality experience are preferred.
