Description
Mithrl is hiring an AI Data Engineer to build and own an ingestion and normalization pipeline for scientific data. The role involves importing messy Excel, CSV, lab, and instrument data; mapping, coercing, and converting units, metadata, variables, and formats; using LLM and classical data-engineering tools to clean and structure tabular data; enforcing one-time transformations; and adding validation and quality-control layers. The engineer will collaborate with product, data science, bioinformatics, and infrastructure teams and work from Mithrl’s San Francisco office.
