Millennium is hiring an on-site AI Data Engineer in the Bursa area of Ramat Gan, Israel. The role focuses on building scalable ETL and document ingestion pipelines, developing document understanding workflows, improving retrieval quality for RAG systems, and maintaining reliable, observable data systems. Candidates need at least four years of experience, strong Python proficiency, ETL and data pipeline experience, document processing expertise, and familiarity with data modeling and quality practices; RAG, chunking, embeddings, and vector stores are a plus.
