Avenga is hiring a production AI engineer to build and operate an agentic AI assistant for customer support. The role focuses on retrieval-augmented generation, LLM orchestration, answer quality, safe action execution, and the full RAG pipeline in a regulated telecom environment. Candidates need at least three years of production Python experience, REST API expertise, RAG and vector-database experience, LLM evaluation practice, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud, and automated testing skills.
