Apple’s Manufacturing Systems and Infrastructure team is hiring an AI Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable AI data platforms supporting GenAI, agentic AI, and embodied AI. The role covers data ingestion, transformation, publishing, ground truth and annotation workflows, dataset versioning, metadata and lineage management, data quality, observability, RAG, vector databases, and cloud-native platform reliability. The engineer will collaborate with AI/ML, software, product, and domain teams and optimize platform scalability, security, cost, and operational excellence.
