Description
HumanSignal is hiring an individual contributor to own end-to-end execution of complex, multi-million-dollar AI data programs. The role manages data pipelines, quality frameworks, incentive structures, and 1,000+ distributed contributors; serves as the primary client contact for AI researchers; runs quality and delivery war rooms; and partners with Engineering, Product, and Growth while deploying AI automations and data-driven tools. The position requires 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or operationally intensive roles, along with strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills; SQL or Python proficiency is preferred. Compensation is $75,000–$110,000 in San Francisco, California.
