7shifts is hiring an AI Delivery Engineer for its Developer Experience squad to own end-to-end backend systems, data models, and agentic frameworks that support engineers building a product used by over 1.5 million restaurant workers. The role uses AI as a primary delivery tool while maintaining accountability for architecture, quality, tradeoffs, and production outcomes, and includes technical mentorship and cross-functional communication.
