IFS is hiring an AI Demand Generation Operations Coordinator in Sri Lanka to own the operational execution of AI demand-generation campaigns. The role manages HubSpot data hygiene, list and asset readiness, campaign launches, reporting, campaign plans, trackers, and cross-functional handoffs, while supporting the Head of AI Field Enablement and AI Demand Generation. It requires flexible coverage across North American and European markets, including work outside standard Sri Lanka business hours, and is based in Sri Lanka with hybrid work opportunities.
