Description
The AI deployment lead will own customer delivery from requirements through deployment, translating customer needs into technical specifications and use cases, overseeing sprints and project timelines, and coordinating data scientists, engineers, and product leads. The role manages stakeholder expectations, resolves difficult conversations, and ensures the long-term success of deployed AI solutions. Candidates need at least three years of customer-facing technical delivery or consulting experience, knowledge of AI/ML and model deployment, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with demanding stakeholders.
