Description
The AI Deployment Lead will own customer deployments of Virtual Agents from kickoff through live adoption and production conversion. The role combines operational discovery, process and SOP documentation, automation scoping, stakeholder alignment, success measurement, and close collaboration with implementation engineers on integrations, access, data, and feasibility. The first person in this function, the successful candidate will also create deployment playbooks and product requirements while managing multiple complex deployments in an autonomous, entrepreneurial environment.
