Gorgias is hiring an AI Deployment Manager to manage the full onboarding lifecycle for a book of business, from sales handover through configuration, training, activation, and ongoing customer support. The role focuses on white-glove implementation of Helpdesk and AI Agent products, consultative solution customization, adoption and activation optimization, customer relationship management, project timeline management, data analysis, and proactive removal of onboarding roadblocks. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of SaaS implementation management experience, project management experience, strong communication skills, and comfort configuring AI tools; e-commerce experience is a plus.
