Pigment is hiring an AI Deployment Strategist to work directly with customers on end-to-end implementation of AI-powered business planning solutions. The role translates business problems into scalable models, designs and deploys custom AI agents, partners with technical and business stakeholders, drives customer adoption, develops prototypes, and translates feedback into product requirements. Candidates need an engineering or computer science degree, 2–5 years of technical client-facing or implementation experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with data modeling, AI/ML concepts, structured modeling, and system integration.
