Telepatia is hiring an on-site AI Deployment Specialist in São Paulo to own the end-to-end implementation of one or more healthcare clients. The role coordinates onboarding specialists, serves as the primary contact with hospital decision-makers, tracks adoption metrics, identifies implementation risks, translates field insights to product and engineering, and helps build the implementation playbook. Candidates should have 2–4 years of consulting, implementation, or enterprise client-management experience, data-analysis skills, senior-stakeholder communication ability, English fluency, and an ownership mindset.
