Phoeniqs Technologies is hiring an AI Developer focused on agentic systems to design and scale autonomous, goal-driven AI agents. The role involves architecting agent workflows, implementing planning, memory, tool-use, prompting, RAG, and orchestration patterns, integrating LLMs and execution environments, deploying scalable systems, monitoring agent behavior, and collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and UX teams. Candidates should have at least three years of software engineering or applied AI experience, strong Python skills, hands-on experience with agent frameworks, and expertise in prompt engineering, RAG systems, vector databases, and LLM deployment.
