Carter’s Inc. is hiring two AI Developers for its AI Center of Excellence to build, test, and iterate enterprise AI solutions, including agentic workflows, LLM-based tools, platforms, connectors, and integrations. The role focuses on delivering quality and delivery velocity, documenting reusable components, validating requirements with business stakeholders, measuring adoption and business impact, supporting production reliability, and providing handover and technical support. Required qualifications include 1–3 years of software development experience with Python and/or TypeScript, experience with vector databases, embeddings, or LLM evaluation frameworks, cloud platform experience, LLM application development, API and integration skills, SQL and data fluency, engineering fundamentals, and communication with non-technical partners.
