Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is hiring an AI Developer / Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and operate LLM-powered agents for commercial banking customer service. The role covers agent orchestration, intent classification, tool and API integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, observability, CI/CD, and security controls, with a focus on production-ready capabilities in regulated financial services. Candidates need at least four years of software engineering experience, strong Python and backend/API skills, experience with agent and RAG frameworks, vector databases, cloud deployment, and security and privacy practices.
