Description
Teams Squared is hiring an AI/automation engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-enabled backend services and automation platforms supporting internal operations and legal-domain workflows. The role owns internal AI platforms from experimentation through deployment, works across Python, JavaScript, and scripting environments, implements APIs and retrieval workflows, applies maintainable architecture patterns, and automates repetitive workflows. The position requires 3–5 years of professional software development experience, backend or full-stack fundamentals, experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks, familiarity with React/Next.js integration, generative AI or ML experience, modular architecture knowledge, Git proficiency, and strong communication skills.
