TechTorch is hiring an AI Developer to design, implement, test, and deploy production-grade agentic systems. The role focuses on multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows in Python, using tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock, and major language models, while integrating agents with APIs, SaaS applications, webhooks, queues, and events. Responsibilities include building memory, retrieval, and planning systems, deploying with CI/CD and containers, creating reusable SDKs, instrumenting systems, and working with clients to capture requirements and iterate. The position requires at least three years of hands-on experience building AI agents or complex automations, strong Python skills, and familiarity with software engineering fundamentals; it is remote-first and flexible.
