Crosby is hiring an AI Developer Experience Engineer to build internal tools and infrastructure that improve how engineers develop, evaluate, and deploy AI features. The role focuses on prompt management, evaluation, experimentation, data pipelines, model iteration, debugging, and production reliability, while partnering with engineers, data scientists, and researchers. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering experience, strong Python and backend systems skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and AI workflows.
